Gateacre School is a community comprehensive school located in Belle Vale, South Liverpool. Art in the school is a very high profile subject with plenty of students opting for Art, Photography or Graphic Communication for GCSE and many going on to study A Level Art with us too. Our students have responded to the theme of Protecting our Environment by looking closely at their own environments (the city in which they live) and all of the things they love about this place and reflecting it's rich cultural heritage. This school is kindly championed by Edge Hill University.

Our expert judging panel select the top three artworks from each school in March.
Then you can Vote online for your favourite shortlisted piece in April. The shortlisted entry from each school with the most votes wins a place in the public exhibition in June.
