Our Lady’s Bishop Eton is a 2 form entry primary school in Childwall, Liverpool. We believe that all subjects help our pupils become Citizens of the world; this includes Art & Design which allows our pupils to develop a rich knowledge of artwork, artists and progress their own techniques to create inspire artwork. Furthermore, we believe that Art allows us the opportunity to experience diversity and cultures, as well as, opinions and emotions. Without these, we can not fully understand the world in which we live. Using the NSEAD (The National Society for Education in Art and Design) model of teaching Art: ‘Generating ideas, Making, Knowledge, Evaluation’; we have further refined this process to include: Immersion, Analysis, Skills Development, Planning, Making & Evaluation.

Our expert judging panel select the top three artworks from each school in March.
Then you can Vote online for your favourite shortlisted piece in April. The shortlisted entry from each school with the most votes (marked with a 1st place gold cup) wins a place in the public exhibition this June.
