Weatherhead is an 11-18 girls’ comprehensive school with nearly 1,600 students on roll including a mixed Sixth Form. The learning and well-being of our students is at the centre of everything we do. Weatherhead holds the World Class Schools Quality Mark (WCSQM). For their entries Year 9 students produced paintings working with negative space. They looked at the artist Sarah Robey and drew inspiration from different natural forms, creating layered work.

Our expert judging panel select the top three artworks from each school in March.
Then you can Vote online for your favourite shortlisted piece in March/April. The shortlisted entry from each school with the most votes (marked with a 1st place gold cup) wins a place in the public exhibition in June.
